1. Ordering & Customization (MOQ)

Q: What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

For Stock/Ready-to-Ship Items: Our MOQ is highly flexible, generally starting at 0.5k-3k pieces per style.

For Custom OEM/ODM Orders: * Seamless Underwear/Yoga Wear: Generally 1k-3k pieces per color/style, depending on the specific machine setup and yarn requirements.

Cut-and-Sew / Custom Printed Items: Generally 1k-3k pieces per style.

Note: As a direct source factory, we always strive to support growing brands. If you have a specific project, please contact our sales team to discuss potential flexible arrangements for your initial trial order.

Q: Do you offer OEM and ODM services?

Yes. We are a fully integrated manufacturing facility with over 15 years of experience specializing in OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) and ODM (Original Design Manufacturing). We can manufacture strictly according to your tech packs, or our design team can help develop custom styles based on your sketches, reference samples, or concepts.

Q: Can we customize branding, labels, and packaging?

Absolutely. We offer complete private label branding. This includes custom heat-transfer logo printing, woven neck labels, custom hangtags, and branded eco-friendly packaging (such as biodegradable polybags or custom boxes) featuring your logo and barcodes.

2. Samples & Development

Q: Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?

Yes, we highly recommend sampling to verify our quality, fabric hand-feel, and fit.

Proto/Fit Samples: Can be created using available fabric and colorways to check construction and sizing.

Pre-Production (PP) Samples: Created in your exact fabric, color, and branding for final approval before bulk cutting begins.

Q: What is your sample lead time and cost?

Lead Time: Standard sample development takes 7 to 10 business days, depending on the complexity of the design and fabric availability.

Sample Cost: Sample fees vary based on the design. However, sample fees are fully refundable against the final invoice of the bulk order once the order meets our standard MOQ. Shipping costs for samples are borne by the client.

3. Payment Terms & Financial Security

Q: What are your standard payment terms for bulk orders?

Our standard and non-negotiable payment terms for international wholesale orders are:

30% Deposit via T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) to initiate raw material procurement and production.

70% Balance paid against the presentation of the Bill of Lading (B/L) copy.

Please note: To maintain robust supply chain stability and factory efficiency, we do not accept O/A (Open Account), D/P (Documents Against Payment).

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Wire Transfers (T/T) and Irrevocable Letters of Credit (L/C at sight) for high-volume container orders. All banking details will be securely provided on our official Proforma Invoice (PI).

4. Production & Lead Times

Q: What is your standard production lead time?

Peak Season: 45 to 60 days after PP sample approval and receipt of the 30% deposit.

Off-Peak Season: 30 to 45 days after PP sample approval and receipt of the 30% deposit.

If you have an urgent product launch or a strict marketing timeline, please inform us early so we can optimize our workshop scheduling.

Q: How do you ensure mass production quality matches the approved sample?

We operate under a strict multi-stage Quality Control (QC) protocol:

IQC (Incoming Quality Control): Testing all incoming yarn, fabrics, and accessories (elastics, threads, labels).

IPQC (In-Process Quality Control): Continuous on-line inspection during knitting, cutting, and sewing.

FQC (Final Quality Control): 100% inspection of finished garments for measurements, stitching integrity, and cleanliness before packing.

We welcome third-party inspections (SGS, TÜV, Intertek, or your own designated inspectors) at our facility prior to final loading.

5. Shipping, Logistics & Trade Terms

Q: What Incoterms (shipping terms) do you offer?

We primary operate under FOB (Free On Board) Ningbo or Shanghai, which are our closest major deepwater ports. We can also accommodate EXW (Ex Works) if you prefer your own forwarder to handle domestic pickup, or CIF/CFR if you require us to arrange ocean freight to your destination port.

Q: Can you handle full container loads (FCL) and less-than-container loads (LCL)?

Yes, we regularly manage both. We are highly experienced in optimizing CBM (Cubic Meter) space for 20GP, 40GP, and 40HQ containers to maximize your shipping cost efficiency. For boutique wholesalers, we seamlessly arrange LCL consolidated shipments.

Q: What shipping methods do you support for international delivery?

Ocean Freight: Recommended for bulk orders and full containers (the most cost-effective method).

Air Freight: For time-sensitive product launches or high-season inventory replenishment.

Courier Express (DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT): Typically reserved for sample delivery or small trial shipments.

Q: Can you ship directly to our third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse or Amazon FBA?

Yes. We can prepare, label, and palletize your cargo according to specific 3PL or Amazon FBA warehousing standards, including carton weight restrictions and barcode placement.

6. Factory Compliance & Certifications

Q: Is your factory certified for international trade compliance?

Yes. To ensure our clients can smoothly import into strictly regulated markets like Europe, North America, and Latin America, our manufacturing facility holds prestigious international certifications, including:

BSCI (Business Social Compliance Initiative) – Ensuring ethical labor practices and safe working conditions.

OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 – Certifying that our underwear and yoga wear fabrics are entirely free from harmful substances.

ISO9001 – Reflecting our standardized, world-class quality management system.

ORGANIC 100 (OCS) – For clients tracking certified organic material content in their product lines.

7. Advanced Manufacturing & Fabric Capabilities

Q: What specific manufacturing technologies do you specialize in?

We are a specialized technical apparel facility utilizing two main state-of-the-art production methods:

Seamless Knitting Technology: Utilizing advanced Italian-style seamless machinery to knit garments directly from yarn. This eliminates side seams, providing maximum comfort, superior elasticity, and a flawless, body-contouring fit perfect for premium underwear and high-performance yoga wear.

High-Definition Digital Printing: We use precision digital printing technology that allows for unlimited color palettes, intricate patterns, and sharp graphic placements. This process ensures vibrant colors that do not crack, fade, or peel, while maintaining the soft, breathable hand-feel of the fabric.

Q: What yarn and fabric compositions do you offer?

We source high-grade, certified materials tailored for performance, durability, and skin comfort. Our standard technical blends include:

Nylon / Spandex & Polyamide Blends: The industry standard for high-performance activewear, offering exceptional moisture-wicking, muscle support, and 4-way stretch retention.

95% Combed Cotton / 5% Spandex: Highly requested for premium daily underwear, offering ultimate breathability, a luxurious skin-soft feel, and just enough stretch for a perfect fit.

Q: Can you develop custom performance fabrications?

Yes. If your brand requires specific fabric performance features—such as antibacterial treatments, anti-pilling finishes, recycled eco-friendly yarns, or specific thermal properties—our R&D team can engineer custom knit structures and yarn blends to match your exact technical specifications.

8.  Quick Edits for Your MOQs (Recommended Checklist)

Since seamless knitting and digital printing have very different machine setup requirements, here is a quick guide on how you might want to fill in the bracketed numbers:

1. For Seamless Items: Seamless machines require a dedicated yarn setup per size and style. Consider setting this MOQ higher (e.g., 1,500 to 3,000 pieces per size/color) to account for machine calibration.

2. For Digital Printed Items: Digital printing allows for much lower minimums because there are no expensive screen setup costs. You can offer a lower MOQ here (e.g., 1000 pieces per pattern) to attract boutique yoga and fitness brands looking for unique prints.
